I'm so tired of paying for Cox just to be mad. I pay good money for super unreliable service. About to go to uverse. I've only had Cox a month and been super angry 9 times now. I'm tired of paying to be mad!
Do all devices drop? What modem/router are you using? How long does it take for internet to be re-established?
