my internet constantly cuts out for 30 seconds to one minute at a time

Every time i get on my pc, the internet to the house goes out completely for 30 secs - 1 min, and it does it at least 4 to 5 times within the first 10 minutes. It also continues to do it at random times unless my pc is off.
