Hi LauraBee. I can understand your frustration. Instead of sending them to thisisnotspam@cox.net, try to mark each one as not spam and see if that helps. If not, we may need to further investigate. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator

Hi Lisa, I haven't been able to get into the browser based email interface at all this morning.

Instead of trying to access Webmail with a shortcut or saved URL, a suggested workaround is to log into your Cox account at www.cox.com/resaccount/home.cox and then click the envelope icon. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

There is no "this is not spam" selection, Lisa or Becky that I can see. Not in the drop down menu either.
- Becky7 years agoModeratorHi LauraBee, I believe Lisa may have been thinking about the options available when using an email client. When using Webmail, the only option is "Mark as spam." Your issue--all incoming and outgoing email labeled as spam--is a bit more complex, so an escalation ticket was submitted to our email administrators. I've asked for an update and will let you know as soon as we receive further details. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
