Mail being blocked from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Error CXCNCT

If her SMTP resides on a shared hosting provider it's possible that other users on that same shared hosts are also opening SMTP sessions with our mail system. The 10 connection limit would be per IP address.

I ran a mail delivery report on my sister's servers to the delivery host cxr.mx.a.cloudfilter.net I found that the only users sending mails to the cox server are from my account on her server and my sister account.  Between the two of us we haven't sent more than 20 emails in a day and certainly none at the same time.

I think this is a misconfiguration or bug on the cox server.
