Loyal customers penalize

If I were a new customer, I could get the package I want for $189 a month for 24 months. Should I discontinue my Cox service, try another plan, then come back? It makes no sense.

While we do offer new subscribers discounted rates, these are promotional and are provided for a limited time frame only. These discounts are not meant to be ongoing, permanent rate reductions.       Thank you. I just needed a forum to vent my frustration and thought this was the community.
