I am located in the Lago Mar section of Virginia Beach and our neighborhood has been having ongoing issues with internet speed and complete loss for quite a while now.
- So, I just dropped my internet speed down from the 1gig rate that I've been paying for and have never received, and my speed went up from 30.Mbps to 119.9Mbps. Although still not the speed I'm paying for hopefully it will be more reliable. I have had major issues for the last several months with loss of internet, my internet tv services and the loss of my security devices that rely on the internet. It has just been recent that your site recognizes a problem. but it has existed for some time now. That is why I lowered the internet service because I have not been getting what I've been paying for. And yes I am an unhappy customer. But what really gets me is the advertising to buy even higher speeds, 2 gigs, when the system is so unreliable and only provides a small fraction of that speed and sometimes not at all.
