Same here, for over 3 days in Omaha. Slow or no internet and they keep trying to go through their copy and paste checklist. I pay a lot of money for this service and it has been AWFUL the past week. Refund requests, anyone?

Actually it's not a country-wide issue. It's hundreds or even thousands of small issues all over the country. If you know that your equipment and cabling is good, you have to call for a technician. It's the only way to get those issues fixed.
