Looking for Cox Support
My internet goes down at 1305 every day for 3-4 minutes. I've verified it is not my router nor the cox modem. I'm unable to contact Cox via any method except a phone call. Which is most annoying as I have to wade through all the basic trouble shooting steps which I've already done. I suspect it is an upstream device that is rebooting ( or going down/reset) everyday. I believe that the digital phone service is affect by this daily event but have to to verify.
That plus too boot the digital TV service is erratic on various channels and TV's in the house. Essentially the digital signal goes erratic and the sound gets jittery and the picture gets scrambled.
