The internet went out at 3pm today in Kenner LA. Next update said 744pm. Now it says 11:44pm. One update even said 730am the next day. Does anybody know what happened? Must have been so...

When you say the outage is large, do you mean city size outage or region wide?

The outage area covers 1300-1500 W Esplanade Ave and some of Pheonix St.

Do you know why it was out until over 8am the next day? If a boom truck operator was in my area they would tell me. Support never gets the ticket reason most of the time.
