Your modem levels are outside of our preferred specifications, meaning, I'm seeing signal issues. Please make sure all connections in the home are secured tightly and free of damage. -Kevin- jonathonjoseph5 years agoContributor
Kevin why are you guys selling gigablast packages still when your network cant even handle the packages you have already sold?

I can assure you, I am following all of the recommended procedures. I tested the speed on my phone and the highest that device reached was 13mbps down. For my computer which is about 6 feet away from the modem, clear of obstacles, the highest I've seen is 28mbps down. Can I replace the router and see if that is the issue?

I just recently had Gigablast installed and I am having this exact issue as well. I am not reaching speed any where close to those advertised for Gigablast. Had a tech out yesterday who pretty much told me everything looked fine on his end and it was simply the amount of people using the Network causing the speeds to slow. I am beyond frustrated as I upgraded to improve the speed and it seems to have made them worse.I have done all the proper troubleshooting suggestions as well , multiple times, to no avail.
