Hey, St8kout. If the mail messages were downloaded to Thunderbird and stored locally, then the mails may have been lost when the program was uninstalled. If you do not see them via Webmail anymore, that is likely what happened. If the mails were removed from the server via IMAP or POP and the program told the the server to remove the mails, then we likely would no longer have a copy of the mail. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Okay, but why did they vanish from my iPhone and iPad? I had +2500 emails on them, according to the inbox count. Now it's only 100.
