Is my data usage on my bill, 'cause I'm not seeing it?

The data usage section doesn't seem to work so I thought I'd just look at my bill, but I don't see it.Everyone else tells you your cell phone data usage, water usage, power usage, gas usage, etc.

I dropped Directv for a Firestick, (best invention ever), so I need to know how much streaming data I'm now using, especially when I'm thinking of buying a 4K TV.
