Interrupted Service
Why of all days the internet keeps going out? And Cox expects for their customers to keep paying for **bleep**ty service, that's some bs? Fix this, I have to keep restarting my modem by unplugging it and TV. I want to watch TV with uninterrupted internet. This has been happening for months and I thought it was fixed, apparently I have to continue to pay for jacked-up services. This is ridiculous!!!! Is there another company I can use!! Anyone, please help!!!
