Interrupted Service

Why of all days the internet keeps going out? And Cox expects for their customers to keep paying for **bleep**ty service, that's some bs? Fix this,  I have to keep restarting my modem by unplugging it and TV. I want to watch TV with uninterrupted internet. This has been happening for months and I thought it was fixed, apparently I have to continue to pay for jacked-up services. This is ridiculous!!!! Is there another company I can use!! Anyone,  please help!!!

    This is a forum for users to help other users. Did you want to troubleshoot? If so, can you tell us about your network and the problem? What model modem and router? Panoramic gateway? If so, does the light change on the gateway when you go offline? If not, does it affect wired and wireless devices? When did the problem start and did anything happen or change around then?
