Interrupted service for a month now!!
I read on the current bill that my monthly cost is going from $64.99 to $98.25.
Over the last several weeks, my household has not been able to watch a movie or a show without the service being interrupted. Even right now, interruptions are happening several times daily. I'm using Verizon cellular data right now to send this message. I don't think it's right that the rate hike is taking place when I cannot utilize the service. I work from home but now have to go into the office because the service from Cox has been terrible for weeks.
