OP obviously researched but Cox "information" begs an obvious question: What's a "Video Package?"
Is Video Package another term for Data Plan?
If Video Package and Data Plan are synonymous, why use the term "Video Package" if...hence, the OP's question...it just confuses subscribers?
i've just looked over the various offers, don't see "video package" offered for more to watch.
here you go again splitting hairs about what you get for what you pay.
the 150 plan is the basic 140 channels, no frills!!

OP's question has nothing to do with TV or channels. It's about a Data Plan and Peacock's requirement of an "Internet Video Package."
