:) I do. Still wanted to leave a record of it. I already want to pay them more and I don't appreciate still having to put extra effort into it. I think at this point we all have enough complexity in our lives to deal with aside from having to spend time on customer service calls unnecessarily.
I'm curious. What plans do you currently have and want to upgrade to?
Nothing extraordinary, it was a basic 10mbit which we wanted upgraded to 50mbit, not to gigabit and definitely not with bundled tv. Which couldn't have been an issue, since it already was bumped up to 50mbit because of covid.
