Internet and cable both out since Friday, Rancho Mission Viejo. Cable came back Saturday evening but Internet is still down. 3 day outage!!! When I log in to my account, just get the message about the outage. Chatting just gets me a credit for the bill and no indication when the issue will be resolved
This is beyond any comprehension to have internet out for three days!!! Just tells you Cox will not spend the money to hire top people. Every support person I got was from off-shore, draw your own conclusions.
They all read from the same script and advise me to use a Cox wifi hot spot for now. There is none where I live and why would they work anyway if the whole area has an outage?
