Internet outage due to Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request

Hello,

My internet connection drops several time a day. Checking router logs I found:

Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;**********CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

This appears several times a day and it is the time when conection disappears.

I could you fix it wothou tech guy to come? Is it a problem of wrong cable instalation outside the apartment?

    I would like to check your equipment to see what may be causing your constant drops on the modem. Would you send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your name & full address so we can check to see what issue you are having?
