Here is an update, another tech shows up and confirm is an area issue not my house, and of course as is today nothing has been done, same situation
I email support, call support, looks like cox is not able to take care of their customers
Yesterday was a whole month of this issue
So far this my experience with Cox, modem replace 2 times ,rewire from the mainlane, 6 techs, a lady on the phone that told me "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO SIR" tech shows up test the mainlane and confirm there is an issue in my area
Cox is the only internet provider on my area, what a sham
