I’ve sent the email to cox help, but that does not seem to resolve the problem. This will be the 2nd time. Once current issue is resolved they just move on, then 4 hours later down again

I understand they have to work on the Internet just send me a check for $300 for every day that I miss work because of the Internet being unreliable soon I’ll be able to pay for a real Internet service provider. They don’t even pick up the phone, they can’t be bothered with a phone call.

Oh yeah, you’ll send somebody out to look at it and then threaten me with the possibility of charging my account for someone to come out and look at it. The Internet worked just fine till you shut it off this morning at 1 AM saying it would be on by 6 AM now you’re saying it won’t be on until 9 AM and I can’t even talk to anybody in your office. You can’t be bothered with a phone call. Great service, your days are numbered one of these days somebody will come in and take all of your customers and you’ll all be standing there wondering what happened to your business the big casinos Internet doesn’t go down as often as mine does you might lose Business that’s the only way to get your attention
