Internet drops at least twice a day around the same times

Why does my internet drop at least twice daily....once in the morning around 10:30am and again at night between 9 & 11 pm?? I've had COX come out and replace all of my equipment in the house and it's still happening. Can't seem to get anyone on the phone at COX and their SmartHelp can't figure out my problem. Apparently the only way to let COX know about any issues is online....way to go COX. This has been going on since I moved here in July. I'm about ready to pay more than double to get reliable internet and to be with a company who I can actually speak to.
