Internet disconnects every 30 minutes
My internet has been going out multiple times a day. Just signed up with Cox less than a week ago with their Gigabit internet plan so I expect reliable high speed internet but outages happen every 30 minutes

I've checked the surrounding area and not showing any recent outages the modem signal levels up to spec. Are you able to hardwired a device for testing purposes just to see if you stay connected?
