Internet Connection
I noticed when I check my Internet modem(Panoramic WiFi) it says "Looks like your equipment is disconnected", but I am connected to the internet. What does this mean?
@ITman, Are you trying to access your modem through the panoramic wifi app? If so, please power cycle the device that you are attempting to use and try again. Also, please make sure that your device is updated and that you are using the newest version of the app. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
COX app, tap on Smart Help, tap on internet modem. Internet is fine but I was just curious why I got the above response when my internet connection is ok.
