Internet choppy and disconnecting randomly throughout the day
Hi, I've reset my modem multiple times and it fixes the issue temporarily, but I can't seem to find the root cause of the problem. It seems to be with the modem, but I want to make sure before I purchase a new one. I haven't contacted live customer support yet because I figured it would be better to make a post here first. The website smart-help just keeps recommending a modem reset, which fixes the problem temporarily, as I've previously stated. Any opinions or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks :D
