Insanely high packet loss

For the past year and a half, I've been getting so much packet loss randomly throughout the day. Sometimes lasting for hours, or minutes.

I'm a streamer for Twitch.tv and this prevents me from streaming, and therefor am losing money.

I've had over 10 technicians come to my place, no solution, replaced my modem twice.

I have some stuff here from PingPlotter, for you to look at.

This is a ping of my Router https://share.pingplotter.com/CWcmkf83uNS

Here's a ping to you guys (cox) https://share.pingplotter.com/MToLqVLbni3

And also here's a ping to a website https://share.pingplotter.com/CcHc5FseABS

And heres a ping to game servers https://share.pingplotter.com/NbHwXzgK3X4

Red = Packet loss.

And can i get someone that actually knows what they're talking about? Every time i talk to someone they have no idea what they're talking about.

    Hi Vashiiq, are you on WiFi or are you hard-wired directly to the modem while gaming? Are you using a separate router that is connected to the modem?

    I am detecting signal issues with your modem and a high number of resets. Do you have a splitter or an amplifier located in any room of the home? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

      Hey, I'm hardwired into a router, that is connected to my modem. And yes, there are splitters upstairs in the attic. No amplifiers
