I have raccoons...

How do I exterminate unwanted, uninvited users that show up on my modem sucking my mbs down like pac man did pellets in the '90s? I've changed my pw. I've even paused the phones ( after I changed the phones names to something ingenious), but their usage still shows on the modem the next day. And yes I put their phones into their own catagory, "thrives" with the lil raccoon character. :) Plz help. I've tried everything besides hacking school. I don't think a vpn is the way to go either. But I've been wrong before.

    Although your TV may be off, do you have any devices still streaming in the background?  A streamer doesn't need an output device (screen) to still stream programs.  It's like a stereo doesn't need speakers to still spin discs.
