I can't cancel my service.

My rental house is in Arizona. I'm trying to cancel my service, but Cox won't let me. My service was started by a management company that no longer exists. They tell me that I need my PIN number, or answer a security question. I don't know the answer to either.  The only way to cancel my service is to fly to Arizona, and go to a Cox center, which is not feasible.  I have stopped autopay, and they still want me to prove that I am who I say I am.  HELP!!
