I am setting up a dedicated firewall, and need the IPV6 address to Cox's IPV6 DNS server

I am setting up a dedicated firewall, and need the IPV6 address to Cox's IPV6 DNS server.  I am pointing my router at my pi-hole and using cox's DNS servers as a backup for when my Pi-hole machine is offline.

    I got completely ghosted by cox support.  They put me on hold for over an hour and then just hung up, their name was Sullivan.
