How to open ports

I am using a PS4 and over WiFi I can’t get anything over 1 or 2 Mbps. All other devices get over 100Mbps easily. Playstation tech support say that on my router I might need to open these ports:

TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480
UDP: 3478, 3479

cable modem
connection issues
internet
poor speed
wifi

    type 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 or something like that in a web browser and look for port forwarding.
