How do I unsubscribe from ALL forum items and my membership

Originally, I asked a question  My problem was solved, not by any forum input.  I closed out the chain.  I keep getting updates to Items that are not even remotely relevant to my original question.  At first I unsubscribed to each chain. That did not resolve the problem.  I then unsubscribed to any further communications.  Every unsubscribe wsd followed by a "successful mute" notice.  I am still getting about a dozen a day.  I want to cancel my forum membership and never receiver another update from anybody on anything.. HOW DO I DO THAT?

    Give this a try. Open any individual forum, i.e., TV, Internet, Phone, Apps. Near the top of the page, below the different forum headings and above where the threads start, it shows what forum you're currently viewing.

    At the extreme left of that there is a circle with what appears to be a drawing of a laptop inside the circle. Click on that.

    On the right side of the page that opens there are two boxes. The lower box says "Forum Digest Options". Click on that.

    In the pop up that opens there is a drop down menu with the options of "Not Subscribed", "Daily", or "Weekly".

    If yours has "Daily" selected then you found out where your unwanted updates are coming from. Choose "Not Subscribed" and that should take care of it.

    Can't say if the following is relevant to you're situation but the box above "Forum Digest Options" says "Leave". If you click on that a pop up appears that asks, "Do you really want to leave this group?". I have no idea what group it's referring to. I didn't know I was in a group. I don't know how I joined this group. I didn't know there were groups. But I now I know how to leave it.
