Horrible costumer service
My internet has been out since Monday Oct 28th. I had a tech come out Tuesday Oct 29th at 10:30am indicated it was a wiring issue (damaged by squirrels on the pole). That tech a truck would be by that same day to resolve the issue. No sightings of Cox repairs. I have had numerous calls to Cox since then to only been told "there is an area outage" and no estimated time of service to be reestablish. Only to call again today and somebody discovered the ticket for the wiring to be told yet again maybe in the next 24-48 hours...that's just their guess
Meanwhile I work from home and can't earn my income without internet. COX offered a mere $7 credit and a blanket "I'm so sorry" . Tentative disconnected order in a month while I shop for a new provider. Clearly Cox doesn't care about my 20 years as a customer.
