I am seeing some packet loss to your modem. You may want to check the coaxial connections to make sure everything is tight and bypass any possible splitters to see if there is a difference. Short of that we will likely need a technician out to your home. You can send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your home address and a link to this thread if you need to setup a service call.
