this is happening with every game and observed through ping tests as well

Hi Yolesnoobs, the reason you are seeing the "service interrupted" message is because your modem metrics are slightly outside of our preferred specifications. It's possible that this is an intermittent issue and that field techs haven't been on-site at the right time to witness it. Since you are experiencing service issues as a result, I'd suggest another service call. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

I've already had at least 4 service calls and all of them have witnessed the high ping jitter but none of them did anything about it. What exactly do they need to see to take action here? I honestly don't think Cox is putting in a thorough effort to check the problem on their end.

Also, when you experience issues with a game, can you test another device to see if there is an issue there as well. This will help determine the next step. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator

I am on a PC. I experience the issue on my other computers/laptops as well. The issue is intermittent and may only present itself once every 10 minutes.
