Having a lot of Dynamic Range Violation

I have a brand new Motorola MB8600 DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem. The system log file shows a lot of Dynamic Range Violation entries.



I am experiencing internet connection loss more frequent than it used to be.  The Contour TV is fine. I thought I could have problem with the cable modem, so I replaced the old Arris Surfboard modem with the new Motorola. However, the connection issue still persists. Any suggestions?

I did have Cox technician came to the house last Sunday afternoon. I am guessing perhaps because it was the Super Bowl time, the guy only spent less than 7 minutes around the house, and told me everything was fine.
