Has anyone else experienced the lack of service without notification of the internet interruption?

I tried to get on the internet tonight, but I couldn't get access to some of my internet content.

  • Been like this for months now. Every week there are days with no internet for hours just like today i come home and still no connection. Been resetting modem and nothing. Really want to cancel Cox.

  • @Robbyt11111, I recommend checking our cox app whenever you lose service to see if there is any outage notifications. If not, then we may need to take a closer look to see what is going on.
