Hacked by employee

My account was hacked by an employee of cox named Paul Sterrett to obtain my personal phone number and address. When I called cox and advised them of the situation they did nothing to rectify their breech of contract. It detailed that my personal information would be safe but obviously not the case. Please contact me as soon as possible to correct this situation and i hope this employee is let go.
