Guest Wifi Network Removed - Really Cox no options to fix this?

I recently upgraded (or so I thought) to the Cox CGM4331 modem/router.  To say my experience with the setup was a disaster is a gross understatement.  Nothing worked at first; phone, printer, TV and other devices.  after numerous phone calls and two trips to the local Cox store, I have most things connected and working, thanks to Youtube mostly.  The one thing that I don't have is the ability to set up a guest network.  Is it still the case that Cox does not allow this capability?

Hi, MEL53. Yes, the panoramic wifi modem comes with two networks. You can use the second network as a guest network. You will need to download our Cox wifi app to get started. How to Use the Cox Panoramic WiFi App
