Gigablast service - Upload is now 1Mbps

Trying to get service fixed now for four days.  Dozens of calls, and some ridiculous chat and tweet interactions.  The cox support people know less about their own product than people that don't work for Cox.  This is unreal.  

Service tech came to my house and advised the issue is not my hardware and that there is an issue from the Cox equipment.  Days later, nothing fixed.  And now cox has no record of their own service person having come out to my house?  Dear lord.  You cannot make this stuff up.
