Gigablast is not giving me the speeds COX advertises
I just recently upgraded to COX Gigablast and the day I switched the speeds were exactly the same as my previous package. COX sent out a tech yesterday and he pretty much said nothing was wrong and that it was simply due to the amount of people on the network. This is very frustrating as even if that were the case my speeds should have increased. I am paying for the upgraded service and not getting it. i would like some real answers on this or if anyone else is having this issue.
