GIGABLAST and new SB8200 all of a sudden wont connect to 3.1 and speed drops to 3
I have been running a SB8200 since January 2020 with gigablast. I haven't had any problems until a month ago. All of a sudden speeds will drop to 3 throughout the day and persists for random duration of time. I decided to purchase a new SB8200. Modem is up and running. When it first starts the blue light stays steady but then drops to green. I notice that occasionally it will light up blue again for 1 minute or so then drop back to green.
Also, even with the new modem, my speeds are still dropping to 3 every once in awhile.
I haven't touched any wiring in the home

Right now speeds are good. Do I even need to worry about the blue light?
