Hi Hzla, we apologize for the unplanned service interruption taking place in your area, and I'm having this investigated further. Our network is designed and built to handle peak use in the evenings to meet the full needs of families’ demands, and this same network is available to support our customers throughout the day. In reference to other members posting about latency and/or packet loss, these are handled on a case-by-case basis. Fluctuations in latency within connecting networks outside of Cox’s network, such as gaming servers, is beyond the scope of our support. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
