Getting a line ran to the house from junction box, Chandler, AZ

Hello,

I signed up for service on 11/18/20 and had a technician come out to handle the install. Unfortunately I was told I need a new coax line ran from the junction box to my house. I was told this would be handled by a construction crew and would take between 4 - 6 weeks to get installed.

We are now going on week 7 and there has been no new line installed.

As someone who works remotely, internet is crucial and using public access points is slow and inconsistent at best.

When can I expect this line to be installed? Being told a vague time frame of 4 to 6 weeks is ridiculous to start, but then missing your own vague timeline is unacceptable.

Why should I maintain service with you and not just use century link?
