Get the speed you deserve- modem upgrade on us

Thanks for posting, Al.  It takes me to a page that says I can upgrade now, then shows me a page where it's $179.99- the same page I saw with the link I posted.  So for those who purchased their own modem, the only instructions that work are to post here, and wait for help, and those aren't in the letter.  Calling Customer Service doesn't work, neither does the webpage URL.
