    Hi R D,

    As part of continuing efforts to improve the internet speed experience for our customers, we will be increasing speeds for customers with eligible modems for the Starter 5, Essential 15, and Preferred 50 packages in 2018. Customers with the increased speeds will see no changes to their billing statements as a result of the new speeds. The speed increases have already been implemented in our Arizona, California, and Las Vegas markets. Other markets will be implemented later this year.
