First day with COX and Huge disappointment.

Left ATT after years of service as last three appointments they showed up late or not at all. Finally had enough of taking time off work, paying for a service and receiving no respect or courtesy b😘k. I called up COX, first question I had was what is your level of service and when you give a time do you show up ... Ohe absolutely! And if the tech is late you will receive a call with full explanation!!   Yeesh.  Today was hook up day. I received 5 emails ensuring I was here between 1 and 3, waited around (time off work) and no show! No phone call, text, nothing. I receive a text at 331pm asking again if I would be here between 1 and 3???   Meenwhile I was on the telephone for 42 min with COX - first with Customer support who after 14 min abruptly sent me to tech support where I was on hold only to have to give the full story again to and then to Loyalty Assurance (good luck with that!) where I was put on hold a number of times only to have them apologize over and over ...   I don’t know about you folks but I am sure tired of being taken advantage of by these corporations that treat their customers like cattle with no accountability. Terrible terrible service at every level and just as bad or not worse than ATT was. I was offered 1 month free after killing my entire afternoon - and this cost me hundreds in lost work etc. Lets band together ... I am all for a class action against this sort of thing and would be happy to hear from others. Thank you
