Fiber node

I lost internet four days ago. So far I had two technicians come out to my house and the issue is not fixed. They are saying that the fiber node was tampered with. Basically someone disconnected the connection to four houses. Communication has been poor as to what the next steps are.

    I know this must be frustrating. I have never heard of this happening. If the tech could not resolve the issue at your home during the visit, he should have escalated it to a maintenance tech to repair the lines that were tampered with.     My guess is it was a contractor. If a Cox moderator can't help, file a FCC complaint. This should have been fixed day 1 or day 2. 4 people being out for 4 days with no contact is either incompetence or they were BSing you.
