I am now in contact with the last technicians supervisor in an attempt to resolve this issue. Uncorrectables on the modem page have returned and the late night packet loss is as bad as ever. I also mentioned the information about 10.5.0.1 that I was given to help them narrow down where this problem is occurring, because I know it has nothing to do with my own equipment.
