And since I do not run the servers, how should I know/find out the 'IP/CIDR range of outgoing email servers'?

Just refer them to your post or include the text of the rejection email in your response. I'm thinking that should tell them everything they need to know to address the problem.

I'm seeing the same problem with mail my spouse is sending to me. Different Exchange server, but the same error message. Most messages don't go through, and the few that do take 20+ hours for a simple message with no attachments.
