'Extra' SSID Broadcast by Panoramic Router.

I had Cox gigablast service installed today, and everything seems to be working fine except that, in the 'available networks' list on my wireless devices, an extra SSID appears that reads 'OutOfService'.  I tried naming the 2.4G and the 5G differently, and now both of those display but the 'OutOfService' still displays.  Is this a normal thing, or is something misconfigured?
