Everyday outraged !
It’s been 4 weeks That everyday Cox has outages
Why wasn’t it fixed the the first time ?
I rely on the service I PAY FOR !
Even after the second or third time And it keeps happening WHY Cox ?
I’ve reset my panoramic so many times It’s insulting your customer service people ask me if I know how, then insist I do it again,
Get it fixed Cox It’s more than 28 days this had been going on EVERYDAY, FIX IT OF START ISSUING REFUNDS !
my complaint is all filled out all I have to do is hit the enter key and I’m pretty sure
The Federal Trade Commission Would love to get there hands on this.
