Everyday outraged !

It’s been 4 weeks That everyday Cox has outages 
Why wasn’t it fixed the the first time ? 
I rely on the service I PAY FOR ! 
Even after the second or third time And it keeps happening WHY Cox ? 
I’ve reset my panoramic so many times It’s insulting your customer service people ask me if I know how, then insist I do it again, 

Get it fixed Cox It’s more than 28 days this had been going on EVERYDAY, FIX IT OF START ISSUING REFUNDS !
my complaint is all filled out all I have to do is hit the enter key and I’m pretty sure 
The Federal Trade Commission Would love to get there hands on this.

    Is it a declared outage or just offline? Is the gateway/modem offline? Are other people around you effected? Last, what area/state are you in for trending reasons?

    FYI this forum is only for users to help other uses troubleshoot technical issues. If you have a complaint for Cox, contact them via the ways in the sticky.

    We want nothing more than for you to enjoy your services.  I would really like an opportunity to look into your issues.  I'd like to confirm if there is an official outage happening or a loss of connection (no official outage).  If agents are advising to reset your device, there may not be an official outage in the area.  Either way we want to help.  Please send us a an email with your account details to Cox.help@cox.com.  I'm sure we can work together to find a solution.

  • Business as usual.  Mine Internet cuts out frequently.  My TV, specifically ESPN cuts in and out 10-15 times during the morning.  I learned to live with that, but the long downtime that lasts for days is annoying

        There's no use doing that until the current outrage is resolved.  And who knows how long this is going to last.

    We know exactly how you feel as we are experiencing the same garbage with our service every single day even after purchasing new equipment as Cox suggested. Very Upset with Cox Service!!
